SUMMARY: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist athletes in skill development on court, running equipment in the facility, administer Official Recruiting Visits, take general phone calls, and act in a Customer Service role.


This position will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching and training, in addition to aiding in membership acquisition and retention efforts. Ability to physically demonstrate basketball movements and teach all ages of athletes from elementary to high school.

  • Assist athletes in skill development while they are on the court doing their workouts by connecting, correcting, competing, and challenging them, during each shift

  • Provide thorough product knowledge in our equipment and technology to expedite the athlete’s improvement and maximize the best possible experience in our facility

  • Answer general phone calls – inquiries about the types of services offered, scheduling, requests, and overall basic customer service

  • Perform point of sale transactions for memberships, apparel, training lessons, and all other service offerings

  • Conduct Official Recruiting Visits to prospective members so they may experience Shoot 360’s offerings

  • Assist in overall facility cleanliness and maintenance

  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation

  • Display good communication skills

  • Respectfully takes direction from Supervisor

  • Cultivate a friendly and enthusiastic environment

  • Other duties as required

  • Standing/walking for long periods of time (up to 1-8 hours)

  • Demonstrating basketball movements Jogging, running, jumping, and bending

  • Moving Automatic Rebounding Machine (A.R.M.) Lowering and lifting the lever Pushing the A.R.M. out and in place

  • May need to climb/stand on a ladder to help with any necessary equipment repairs 

  • Thorough knowledge of basketball and experience with instructing and/or coaching

  • High School Diploma or GED
